Privacy & Website Data
This page explains what happens to information submitted through this website and how optional analytics works.
Contact and purpose
Legal Actions uses the contact details you provide (such as name, email, telephone and your message) to review and respond to enquiries and to arrange requested communications. An enquiry does not itself create a lawyer-client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a matter.
Information you should not send
Please do not use the public contact form to send passport copies, identity numbers, financial account information or detailed confidential case files. Where necessary, an appropriate secure channel can be agreed separately.
External service providers
The contact form is powered by Formspree, a third-party submission service. Information entered into the form may be processed by that provider according to the configured service arrangement. The contact page has an embedded Google Maps iframe which loads lazily as you approach that section. Google may receive technical data (such as IP address and browser details) when the map loads. Use the separate directions link if the embedded map is unavailable. Website analytics is optional and is loaded only after your choice to allow analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics may process usage data subject to its own service terms and the website configuration.
Lawful basis and retention
Personal data should be processed only where an applicable legal basis exists. Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, any engagement, legal requirements and documented internal retention policies. We review stored enquiries in line with the purpose for which they were received and any applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
You may contact us to ask about processing of your personal data and exercise applicable legal rights, including access, correction or deletion where the law provides. Requests are assessed under the applicable legislation.
Contact and updates
For privacy-related enquiries write to info@legalactions.ge. This website notice may change when operational arrangements or legislation change. For clarification about the data controller and relevant service providers, contact the address above.
Analytics preferences are optional and can be changed using the control below or by clearing this website's local browser storage.
